Our business here at Asphalt Driveway Company is seasonal for asphalt and concrete installation. (April-Nov) All of our installers are trained on each phase of the installation, eventually working on a set crew. We have several crews: demolition/grading, paving, concrete set up and installation, sealcoat, and service/repair crews. This is physical work and requires a person to be in good physical condition. Some experience is helpful but not necessary. We train!
Due to the seasonal nature of our business reliability in our installers is important. Asphalt Driveway Company requires all our crew members to be on time to deliver our customers the best possible job. Our installers average 50 hours per week.
